We work together with parents with mental illness, family members, and providers to develop and try out tips and tools to promote parenting well. These may be useful to parents themselves or appropriate for providers and parents working together. Some tips and tools may help improve relationships with children. Send us your feedback and your suggestions.
These tips and tools are not meant to replace effective treatment and rehabilitation strategies, but to supplement them. We encourage you to seek professional help from a qualified provider or agency near you. This site does not provide medical advice.
